General Terms

Appstellar Academy L.L.C is dedicated to customer satisfaction. We recognize that circumstances may evolve, prompting changes to your plans. In response, we have devised a comprehensive and transparent refund policy applicable to all instructor-led courses and training programs, available through the Appstellar Academy website (https://appstellar.academy).

Course Enrollment Refunds

  • Eligibility Criteria: Customers are entitled to cancel their enrollment for all instructor-led trainings, and request a full refund within 14 days from the date of the original purchase agreement, provided that no part of the training content have been accessed or commenced. We do not offer refunds for self-paces courses.
  • Installment Payments: For users who have selected installment payment options for their instructor-led training purchases, a refund must be requested prior to the due date of the second installment. Any approved refund will be adjusted to deduct any administrative fees incurred through the installment processing.
  • Course Commencement and Access: Should any portion of the training content be accessed or if the training has commenced, users may not be eligible for a full refund. In such instances, the refund will be calculated on a prorated basis, depending on the extent of the training accessed or attended.
  • Access to Training Resources: A full refund is not guaranteed if any course content or training materials have been accessed, or if the course has already started. In such instances, the refund amount will be prorated based on the percentage of the course accessed.
  • Application Deadline: For all instructor-led courses and training programs, refund requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the training starts. The initial payment may be refundable under certain conditions, but subsequent installments become non-refundable once paid.

Payment and Processing

The repayment process will credit the original payment method used for the purchase. For transactions via credit/debit cards or bank transfers, the reimbursement will be issued to the issuing bank within 30 business days following the receipt of the refund claim. It is recommended to consult with your banking institution to understand the timeline for the credit to appear in your account. Should you opt for an installment payment plan, we will cease any future scheduled payments and initiate a refund for any installments that have been mad

  • Exceptions: Special cases for refunds beyond the 14-day period may be considered on a case-by-case basis. In case of course cancellations by Appstellar Academy L.L.C, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled candidate.
  • Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact us at support@appstellar.academy with your order details and reason for the request. We will process your refund request within a reasonable time after receiving all the information required for processing.
  • Course Substitutions: Instead of a refund, you may choose to substitute your enrollment for another training of equal value, subject to availability and approval by Appstellar Academy.

Changes to Refund Policy

Appstellar Academy reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
