Payment and Processing
The repayment process will credit the original payment method used for the purchase. For transactions via credit/debit cards or bank transfers, the reimbursement will be issued to the issuing bank within 30 business days following the receipt of the refund claim. It is recommended to consult with your banking institution to understand the timeline for the credit to appear in your account.
