Tali is the CTO and Founder of Appstellar, where he brings over 16 years of experience in software development and infrastructure. With a deep-rooted passion for technology, Tali is focused on guiding businesses through their transition to cloud-based solutions, employing the latest in DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation.

His expertise in these areas has become a cornerstone of Appstellar's services, enabling clients to optimize their operations and embrace the efficiencies offered by modern cloud technologies.
